Our 2-gallon capacity Milk Pasteurize uses the same principles of pressurized heating and vacuum-sealed cooking found in the best commercial pasteurizers. Thermostatic controls ensure preservation of natural flavor while eliminating all harmful bacteria. The Pasteurize works by heating the inner milk container in a hot water bath to a present temperature of approximately 158 degrees F at which time a buzzer sounds. The hot water is drained off and cold water is circulated to cool the milk. Pasteurizers come complete with inlet and outlet hoses and instructions.
