A standard kitchen colander (not supplied) can be placed in bottom to catch larger bits. Oil temp should not exceed 50C.
The Funnel and Stand make it easy for restaurant owners to put the fryer oil back into the jugs they get it in, greatly decreasing the chance that the oil will have water.
