New ePoch

Our partner in China, New ePoch, also works to support renewable energy projects for minorities in remote areas. They resource Chinese companies to export fair trade products made without child labor or toxic materials and we're working with them to produce low cost sustainable tools for use in both China and other countries. Through New ePoch, we're working with the main Chinese Universities to build demonstration structures that include the best renewable energy, appropriate technology, and sustainable building methods.

We mainly work with Mr. Benjamin Fok, founder of New ePoch and managing director of the joint venture company, China International Electronic Commerce. Ben has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia and 20 years of business experience including 16 years as Director of the Henry Fok Ying Tung Group of Companies. His latest project is the 22 sq. km new port city of Nansha in Southern China, a new link to the rest of the world that includes shipping, warehousing and fulfillment facilities. He's also planning a Science Park serving Hong Kong and the Southern China region.

He's also active holding many positions in the public service arena including:

• Committee Member of the Political Consultative Committee of the People's Republic of China (Guangzhou).
• Honorary Associate Professor of The Graduate School (Beijing) of the University of Science and Technology of China.
• Managing Director of Guangzhou Municipal SciTech Progress Foundation.
• Honorary Chairman of the Commerce Chamber of Computer Technologies(Guangdong).
• Deputy Chairman of the Business Enterprise Management Centre of the Hong Kong Management Association.
